ClearPath Group was founded on a simple belief: that the best safety program is one built by someone who has actually done the work.

Our founder Logan Clark spent 17 years in the field before ever picking up a clipboard as a consultant. Oil and gas operations. Pipeline construction. Oilsands mining. Earthworks. Heavy equipment. Trades. He earned his NCSO and COR Auditor designations while working the same industries our clients operate in today; running the equipment, leading the crews, and learning firsthand what it costs when a safety program fails.
That experience is not a talking point. It is the foundation of every program ClearPath builds.

Based in Calgary, we serve clients across Alberta and all of Canada under provincial OHS legislation, and into the United States under OSHA standards. Most safety consultants in Alberta learned their craft in a classroom. There is nothing wrong with that, but it means their programs are built around theory, not trade-offs. They have never had to balance production pressure with incident prevention at 6am on a job site. We have.
